About Phillip and Terry Lee

Phillip and Terry moved to Aiken, South Carolina with their five children in July of 1999. They have served in ministry together at Cedar Creek Church for over twenty-one years, with Phillip now serving as the Senior Pastor. Terry is a nurse and the Founder and Executive Director of Overflow Foundation, a non-profit organization that was started after the loss of their oldest son, Phillip Jr. to suicide on September 6, 2018. Their deepest and most unimaginable pain has brought even greater purpose to their lives and to their ministry. They believe, now more than ever, that the local church is the hope of the world and a hospital for broken and hurting people to find our way back to God. Their passion is to equip the church to care and to respond to the ever-increasing number of individuals and their families who are struggling with some aspect of their mental health.
