About Bianca

Bianca Otterbein, LPC/S, LPC, MAC, AADC

Bianca serves Cedar Creek Church as Director of the Care & Counseling Department.  The department comprises specialty or niche ministries involving phase of life or loss related issues.

Bianca comes to Cedar Creek Church from the Aiken Barnwell Mental Health Center, where she has served for nearly eleven years, most recently as Program Coordinator (Training & Development), and before that, as the Program Manager (Clinical Director) for four years. In total, Bianca has over thirteen years of clinical experience. She received a BA in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Winthrop University.

Bianca is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC/S). She is certified as a Master Addictions Counselor and an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

She and her husband have been married for 15 years and have a 12-year-old daughter. Bianca is actively involved at Town Creek Baptist Church, serving as a youth ministry student leader.
