Brief Description: Kidz Creek offers a few different special events throughout the year including Kidz Night Out, family worship experience events, and pop-up partnerships in our community. Volunteer opportunities can range from leading a small group or an activity at Night Out, acting on stage at family worship events, connecting with people at a community event, assisting with an activity at a community event, and much more! Typically, we host no more than 1 event per month.
Requirements: Complete a Kidz Creek Application which includes a background check and leader covenant. Potential Kidz Creek Volunteers also attend a 30-45 minute Basic Training session.
Gifts/Skills Desired: Specific gifts/skills vary based on the event you are volunteering at. Primarily, you need to love God and have a desire to invest in the kids/families of Cedar Creek Banks Mill as well as those of our community. Special Events volunteers will not have to serve at every special event, but instead pick the specific events they are gifted to serve at.
