Brief Description: Small Group leaders lead a group of 6-10 kids in activities and discussion that reinforces the bottom line using prepared supplies and curriculum. Small Group Leaders attend age-appropriate worship with their group where the Bible Story is shared in a creative way. Small Group leaders’ primary role is to build a connection with the group of kids they lead through consistent interaction.

Requirements: Complete a Kidz Creek Application which includes a background check and leader covenant. Potential Kidz Creek Volunteers also attend a 30-45 minute Basic Training session.­

Gifts/Skills Desired: Love God and enjoy spending time with kids. You do not have to know the answers to every question to lead; simply be willing to learn and grow as you lead.
