Overflow Foundation will host Mental Health Community of Hope, a free monthly gathering open to anyone who wants to learn more about mental health.

If you or someone you love is struggling with some aspect of mental health, this is simply a place to find hope and support on the journey. It is a safe place to get practical and relevant information and also a place to make meaningful connections with others. All are welcome.
