Blue Christmas | A Time of Hope 
Blue Christmas is a gentle, contemplative service for those who may carry burdens or pain during a season of celebration. It is a way to care for those who are sad or struggling as an alternative to the more traditional Christmas gatherings.
This service is an opportunity for people to hear about the God of love who comes to us in the midst of the mess and pain we know in our everyday lives and the lives of those around us.
Join us for Blue Christmas – A Time of Hope on Sunday, December 17, Cedar Creek Church, Banks Mill Campus Building 4, 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm, with refreshments following.
The holidays are a time to celebrate. But for many of us, as the winter comes and the night gets longer, the approaching celebrations just don’t feel quite right. Every festive decoration and joyful carol only serves to remind us of that thing that lays heavy on our hearts.
That’s why Cedar Creek Church and Overflow Foundation are partnering to provide a place for those who are hurting and struggling to gather and hear the hope that the birth of Jesus provides.
